 A very common debate in Egyptian market !! Although the performance is from the direct manager but the culture of promoting is to separate. ‎

“Most old employees are trying to stay employed by denying opportunities to the youth, even though their thoughts are obsolete” please comment.‎

I do believe that the economy and businesses are getting weaker for most of the old employees cant handle the modernization.‎
