If you want people to work effectively and happily try to bring a Work Life Balance in the lives of team, which is only possible if you focus on their Talent to get maximum in the defined time and not managing/monitoring them as a Slave. Being a Leader is important rather than being a Manager. Trust me it always give positive results that also exponentially. Any ways HiPoD should always be used again on Talent of team members and not on performance. A Sales High performer generally does not turn out to be a good leader.
