We can determine that we have a good customer service  by seeing the same customers, going back and always patronizing your business. With this we should continue the same services or you can ask or make survey to the clients or customers on what area still needs improvements.

Being in this kind of industry for so long, there's no exact or specific time that you can spend to improve your customer experience. As what I have learned and continously applying until today, what I always make sure when dealing with different kind of people, first, I made sure that I am Physically, mentally and emotionally ready in facing or dealing with them. Because once you are fully ready yourself which means it's easy for you to know what your customer need, your customers issues and you know how to deal and resolve them.
