In my opinion, being in the field of Customer Service and Client Care for mode than a decade - the key elements of customer service are Relationship, Accountability, Availability, Anticipation and Simplicity. Relationship means we build connection to earn their trust and business. We are respectful and choose positive words when we transact always aiming to be of help and give them a great experience with us that they will want to come back for more. #2 is accountability - customers expect us to know what we are saying and doing to address their needs. #3 is availability meaning customers nowadays expect to contact us on their terms, using email, chat,messaging and other means online. Anticipation simply means caring for other things just to check if we have something else they might also be needing or wanting in advance before they think of asking for it. And lastly is simplicity where customers love it when we can make things simplier to them for better understanding and appreciation of teh product and services.
