Meeting the specific needs of the customer in a professional and timely manner and possessing the ability to identify and satisfy other needs that they may have (being ahead of the customer). 

its to know what services am offering to the customers and how to deal with the customer needs also i need to always smile and be like a friend to the customer but in professional way also i should understand the customer act and know what he need and what are the things that are bothering him and try to serve and help him in all the ways that i have

First to know what service or product that I offer to the customer secondly a smile and i was friendly with the customer after that show respect and listen carefully to the customer the response to the request of the customer
