Why are good employees resigned the job ?

The world we live in is getting more and more competitive and employers must keep up with it if they want to retain the valuable employees

 

Bad Manager/ Bad Boss is identified as one of the main reasons that good employees leave. The other reasons could be lack of growth potential in the existing job, better salary package & benefits, oppurtunity to work in a bigger Organization.

For a good, talented and experienced employee there will be more job opportunities and when they find a good one they will resign and join a group which gives better reward than the present organization.
