What is more important, job satisfaction or salary? ما هو أكثر أهمية، الرضا الوظيفي أم الراتب؟

In my opinion, Job satisfaction is more important for employees in the beginning level "without experience" and employees in the middle level "experience5 years & more"- After got years of experience, the "Salary" will be the target- & it is a normal "more experience = searching of high salary"

 

الرضاء الوظيفي أولا، ويتبعها الراتب لأنهما المهمان.

clearly its job satisfaction as it can lead you to a better salary but good salary can not give you job satisfaction.

Job satisfaction must be #1 in your consider always....for many reasons...to you can get the ability to do your job and be creative,solving problem,team work spirit etc etc...+ salary is very important nowadays...so both are very important in same level

الرضا الوظيفي هو الاهم فقد يكون اشخاص لديهم رواتب عالية ولكنهم غير راضين عن وظائفهم

Definitely a job satisfaction is most important for the stability and growth.

بما اننا هنا تابعين لادارة موارد بشرية ونحرص نحو الاستقرار والرضا الوظيفي لجميع العاملين فمن باب اولى ان يكون الرضا الوظيفي هو الاساس والراتب من ضمن الاسباب التي تحقق الرضا الوظيفي .. المقصد (الرضا الوظيفي اساس وله عدة اسباب من ضمنها وان لم يكن اولها الراتب)

Both are important but when you are experienced it is definitely the salary.
But there are situations this could be the other way around also, where you might get well paid but you are disgusted with the job.
I think its like this, from person to person it is different what people are expecting in their life it is the same with this.
