For exclusivity, a long term plan illustrating my firm's distribution reach and strength, capabilities in logistics and after sales service and the background of having distributed other brands should help.

Also, how aligned are our firm's customers to the product/service in question should make it easy for the supplier to offer exclusivity across the region.

Again, counter strength, strong finance/credit providing capabilities, service and logistics should be the right parameters.
