by a  closer  focused Note- ( but equality it must be acted on  all subordinates   and it  must be empty of any kind of a bias) -  to their respondents or reactions  , that needs a  limited period of time ( experience time ) , also it needs  types  of tasks or missions as  being a tests  to the  subordinates . we say via discovering  others  attitudes or  reactions or acting or their ways ,etc .   .
