Everybody should make self assessment to find his/her own mistakes to improve personality to achieve success in life and at work.
We are humans and we will make mistakes without intention so we should think and review our scenario of a day and decide what was wrong and how to improve it in the future to avoid such mistake.
If we review ourselves we can always make an effort to improve on our weak points which will then reflect in our work and proffession.
To gain more confident in his/her natural born talents, develop them, know how to better use them, become more competent by adding knowledge and practical experience over the natural talents. It is a plan for life not just work, By simply knowing what I have, what I can do with what I have, what are the opportunities available for me, what is needed to achieve these opportunities, and how to proceed with relevant actions.
If we critically review ourselves and our performance then we never look into other mistakes and weakness. Unfortunately most of the time we are looking for other mistakes and then to drag it or that person and this is done by low character individual and such attitude is never welcome or groomed type. It’s better to seek guidance from senior to improve oneself and bring positive changes in our attitude and this will help us to grow and prove to be a worthy person.
When we're truly effective at work, we manage our time well, we communicate clearly, and we have a good attitude.
Effective workers are often the most respected and the most productive in their workplaces, and they're often the first to be considered for a promotion. So it's definitely worth the effort to enhance your skills here!
Also, make sure that you devote time towards further learning and career development. You never know how or when those new skills will pay off!
Yes ! Definitely self review will benefit to a person as well as his work and profession quality. But review of others will be more fruitful in my opinion.
