DIFFICULT CUSTOMER IS LIKE A PAMPERED CHILD. FIRST OF ALL YOU SHOULD IDENTIFY HIS CRITICAL FACTOR OF BEING DIFFICULT. IF U KEEP HAVING A COMPLAIN REGARDING PRODUCT OR SERVICES THEN YOU SHOULD HAVE A SERIOUS ISSUES. COMMUNICATION WITH THEM IS MOST IMPORTANT AND WITH THIS YOU KEEP PULLING THEM TOWARDS THE SOFTER LINE BY GIVING SEVERAL ASSURANCES
