a customer service personnel, is simply an agent acting expressly on behalf of his/her organization or employer.since, dealing with people is complex and difficult, a customer should posses the three managerial skills which are technical skills, conceptual skills and human relation skills. moreover the customer service agent should posses and adopt a high percentage of human relation skills along with some conceptual skills in order to be able to deal or relate succesfully with any king of customer whether, easy or difficult. While the technical skills is just to enable the customer service agent to use basic modern office equipment like the computers, telephone etc in ensuring smooth execution of his/her task. Therefore the customer service agent needs% or more of Human Relation Skills, with the consolidation of various other skills like communication and listening skills.
