Yes there are. There is no standard way to deal with difficult customers, for each one wants to get something different each time. It is up to us to identify that something and ensure that we can deal with them with the least commotion and as much patience and perserverence as possible.

Yes, i perfectly agree with C. situation normally cause difficult clients, and that can be resolve through good listenning and by choosing words wisely to make the client satisfied and to solve the problem at hand.

There is no difficult person, but it may be difficult situations is there , for that we have to prepared solutions to solve the issue or situation.

Yes,there are people who are just difficult to deal with.Day in day out they are always difficult no matter how had you try to please them..dealing with such people is just always being nice and sweet to them,understanding them,and,also take note of their preferences so that each time you meet they will not need to ask,because you will be ready for them.eventually they will tone down because there is nothing that makes someone feel so special when they know that they are important to someone else.
