We need to remember that all can not become a good trainer or instructor. To become a successful trainer/instructor, one should have the following skills:

1. Sound knowledge about the subject/module.

2. Good delivery technique of study materials/lessons to the trainees.

3. Diligence of patients and personal conduct.

4. Attitude to accept the critics for improvement.

5. Knowledge on human behavior and conduct.

6. Flavor of counseling skill.
