After completion of probation period. Medical , old age benifits , Leave fair assistance and retiremen plans are most needed ones.

Employees benefits are very much straight like medical insurance, life insurance, gratuity, provident fund, EOBI, LFA or similar depending on country law and you should know the need if you are an HR.

Indeed employee benefit bundle has to be active from day one for full time employee FTE unless its a seasonal hire or trainee program.
