Hi,

I  think bonuses payable more than12 months after the end of the period in which the related employee services are performed is the correct option. I completely agree with Mr by Md. Jahid Hasan .To retain an employee in the short term financial benefits are more important . Short term retention strategy is sometimes adhere to by the BPO industry. During the busy Christmas month of November , sales incentives and overtime rates are sky high. But in other times when the service level pressure is not that high then they come down. As the no of calls are low and less people are needed to handle calls.
