Annual Vacation Policy: Several of Employees spent period of service more than 10years in the company,&the Management requested from them Re-signing

the Employment Contracts. One of the term in the Contract/ .the Annual Vacation (21 Day). But Employees rejected to re-signing the Contract.. As per the Ministry of Labour rules/.the Company should give the employee spent5years & more (Annual Vacation30Days). At the same time, the Ministry of Labour-: Issued new Decision will apply in a few weeks later- one of these decisions is about rules of the Annual Vacation for all companies' employees - should be (30 Days) for all Employment Contracts without looking to any specified period of service should spent in the company. And the Executive Management don't want to add this Edit in the Employment Contract, in your opinion-what's the solution? نظام الإجازات السنوية/ لديك عدد من الموظفين أمضوا مدة خدمة تزيد عن ال10 سنوات ، واﻵن الإدارة تريد منهم إعادة التوقيع على عقود العمل - واحدى بنود العقد تنص على/ أن الاجازة السنوية مدتها (21يوم) إﻻ أن الموظفين رفضوا توقيع تلك العقود. مع العلم بأ نظام العمل والعمال/ يلزم الشركات باعطاء من أمضى5 سنوات فأكثر إجازة سنوية مدتها (30يوم). وفي نفس الوقت - أصدرت وزارة العمل والعمال قرارات جديدة بخصوص الاجازات سيتم تطبيقها في غضون الأسابيع القليلة القادمة - وأما ما يخص الاجازة السنوية : فقد نص على أن الاجازة مدتها (30يوم) بغض النظر عن سنوات الخدمة في الشركة. وإدارة الشركة ترفض إضافة ذلك التعديل على العقود ، فما هو الحل برئيك؟

It is not good.

It must have to be as per effective labour law, the management should consider the same.

I totaly feel that any employee that serves overseas for any company they rte 30 days to spend with thier families. This needs to be add to each and every contract.

Let employees access LABOUR OFFICE for requesting from them the compulsory resignation.
