An interesting situation for all, let assume, you are a high performer at you work, you always attempt to meet the targets, support your team member and colleagues to fulfill their tasks. Share your experience and expertise in bringing solutions for all but what to do when overall system is not supporting you. System lack in technology which hampered your performance. High Performer is a relative term where we match the delivery against preset expectations. As an HR professional, we have responsibility to inculcate values and culture along with partnering with Business. Most of the times, the goal becomes very subjective however the performance can be measured through HR dashboard published on the basis of Hiring Quality, Attrition, Emp engagement, Productivity and capability management. I am an expert in these arenas.

I would suggest2 answers to your question, first, in capitalist point of view, it does not matter as long as profit is meet, however in Human Resource system, you need to use what you have at hand, you cannot always change the management unless it is open for upgrading, you can develop surveys to let the management become aware of the situation and you need to justify your actions. considering cost and results. hope this can help.
