An interesting situation for all, let assume, you are a high performer at you work, you always attempt to meet the targets, support your team member and colleagues to fulfill their tasks. High Performer is a relative term where we match the delivery against preset expectations. As an HR professional, we have responsibility to inculcate values and culture along with partnering with Business.
