Of course, it is not possible to dispense with the fun in work and is likely to be severe during times of extreme pressure. This helps to remove the fear and fear barrier from making suggestions and clarifying the negatives in the work in easy ways. It also increases the belonging of employees and their presence to work and perform with love and psychological comfort.

Yes, I believe in this concept. Naturally, it all depends on the employee on how their minds are tweaked. Example: My work may be hectic depending on the day, but as an employee who loves to have fun at work, I make sure I balance my work time and socializing with people. All work and no play makes Jack a dull boy, so in my opinion, why not balance it and let the play part be more of socializing with your team, so it's either you get to know them personally or professionally, and that way, it makes going to work more interesting and working the tasks less stressful.

it depends, some work types need attention and no mistakes allowed. so to have fun, may cost alot, even lives.

but if you mean workplace such as working for hours at office, i think that some fun  activities might be usefull.

I do believe in the concept of 'fun at work' and it's positive impact in team's performance. As a part of UX Studio, our normal work is analyzing customer pain points and providing the best possible user experience considering the business core mission in the application, website or SAAS products. Yes for sure the concept "fun at work" does the magic.

On any work day where there is no any interaction (any kind of fun filled activities liked chatting, a small desk based prank game) within the working group would be a very dry day, and the people start doing the task just for their work sake. On the otherhand when there is an active funny part like discussing about yesterdays game over the telivision, about the politics, or the industries situation keeps the mind fresh and active which allows to enjoy and do the work.
