Being a CSR myself and having an experience of handling a team even for a while, I'm confident that the following are effective ways to motivate:
- They must be heard - do one one one coaching at least once a week and have a sincere talk with CSR.
- They must be acknowledged/rewarded - even simple certificates are gonna be appreciated (add gift vouchers if possible).
- They must be nurtured - the learning process must continue for the CSR to grow.
- If CSR made a mistake, s/he must have a fair trial or undergo a process.
- They must have a fair chance to get promoted for a higher post.
- Lastly but shouldn't be taken for granted, bond with CSRs, do a team-building or celebrate every birthdays.

Coach the team members how to pro actively identify when a customer needs help,and how to adjust their service style to suit their requirements,and improve the high morale.Ensure all customers are acknowledged and greeted once they enetered the store.

As a Manager, first you must do is boost your CSRs by giving encouraging words to cheer them up and not to pressure them more. In that way, work will be more easy and pressure will be lessen. Because, if workplace is happy all is success!
As a manager my motivation for my team is really important. There are different methods i will chosse to motiva my team.
1. I will give them extra bounes on achiving there target.
2. I will encourage them that they have all abilites they are given by God so they are part of this company. So i will morally encourage them that they are the best team so i am leading them and i have faith that they will do any thing they are assinged to do.
3. On each sale i will appicate them and give them treat on my own.
in order to motivate Customer serivce department, first of all dont allow employees to spend more than 80% of their time on the phones,so you can use the 20% of the day for follow up,research,emails etc.
also to take a day for team building, its an escape like having a dinner together
