How does a manager motivates his team?

when they are making small issues to big

By encouraging his employees work n putting all the words very positively , so that the front person b motivated by the words which was put accross him positively

according to the employee, some loves thanking letters. some loves money. some loves announcement for their success.

A manager motivates a team by continous coaching. The manager should set a weeky or periodic meeting to all employees. It is the time that the employees can share thier ideas or suggestions or even problems to the management. It is also the time for the management to assess the performances of each employees.

The manager should also set activities like Team Building, Sports and etc. It is one way to develop team camaraderie.

Stimulus team for creativity

Encourage them to put in more than their efforts.

Inclusion, Responsibility, Authority, Transparency, Appreciation, Not micro managing, Rewarding, Challenging progressively, Compassion, Giving freedom to share a talk, open door policy are some of the ways.
