leadership is actually innate. But any one can be.

• training and workshop would give knowledge to the prospects.
• May invite resource speaker who himself is a known and reputable leader to give a talk. 
•  But for me, I have to be a good member first.

Reading books of the pioneers in field and try to adapt the same.
