Delegation: Even the most effective leader will achieve less than optimum results if they try to do everything themselves.

*Time Management: You must master the ability to manage your time - hourly, daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and over the course of a whole year.
*Priority Management: It's possible to have great time management skills, but to be using them on the wrong things.
A true leader has a heightened awareness of what their real priorities are, and stays focused on not just 'doing things right', but also 'doing the right things.' *Crisis Management: If you're going to be an effective leader, you cannot afford to be easily derailed by crises and problems.
A good leader absorbs crises, adapts appropriately, and gets the train back on the rails effectively and quickly.
*Delegation: Even the most effective leader will achieve less than optimum results if they try to do everything themselves.

I've heard it more than once, in books, movies (even Thor and Game of Thrones), and from people that to learn how to lead, one must know how to follow.
I've never really understood it.
So I interpreted it in my own way.
To learn how to lead, follow good leaders.
And the day will come when you will have the chance to use what you've learned.
But it doesn't stop there.
You never stop learning, and you never stop imparting what you've learned.
I won't go into the many semantics of leadership styles (such as manager vs boss vs coach, etc.) I will however like to point out that there are two ways of leading: Lead from the front, and lead from the back.
Leading from the front is how many of us learn the basics of leadership.
You are the destroyer of the fleet, the van of the infantry, the pathfinder.
You lead by example.
Others will follow you because your actions have made it that much easier for them to do the same.
You take more risks, more flak, more damage than anyone else, but in return, you get more glory, honor, respect and admiration.
The other is Leading from the back.
This seems counter-intuitive, but is actually a harder form of leadership.
Here, you are the commander ordering your troops, the admiral devising strategy, the deciding factor weighing foreseeable losses against potential gain.
Here, too, you put your men in front in more ways than one.
It's true that you won't risk your life compared to the soldier in the front lines, but yours is the responsibility to ensure that the risks are at the very minimum.
This latter form of leadership takes some getting used to.
Delegating is not as easy as just ordering people around. You have to be on top of everything at any given instance, in control of every given situation, even those beyond your control.
Whatever the leadership style you prefer (or has been thrust upon you) the best way to learn is to try.
Read as much as you want, research as much as you please, but if you don't try it, it's just theory stuck in your head.
Sometimes you will fail.
Failing is part of learning.
The important thing is you keep trying and hopefully learn how to avoid failing next time around.

One very important thing is put a smile on your face, defend your employee , motivate them , let them know that you are a manager not someone want to stay on his chair and keep sending orders for them do there job help them be the first one to who offers help ,don't you ever let your employee down , be a helpful and understandable talk to your employee make a trip with them , be what they want and they will be what you want because they will lead you to success not you the one who will do the success :)

Leadership comes with motivation, thrill, and positive approach.
If a person is highly educated, it does not mean he is a good leader.
A person, with low education dose not mean that he cannot be a good leader.
It is actually your behavior, an attitude towards your staff and juniors, your cast, your nation and so on.
Try to explore the inner qualities of your staff, discuss with them, get ideas from them, and then finally decide by yourself.
This is what leadership is.
