When thinking about customer experience, user experience definitely shouldn’t be left behind. Make both unique features an essential part of your customer plan to build a brand that customers love all around.

Customer experience is when the customer buys the product how he/she feels about the quality and the design of the product through presentation and sales.User experience is when a customer takes the brand home and uses it in real life. So in terms of Importance it is the user experience that is most important for brand loyalty and customer retention.

Customer experience encompasses all the interactions a person has with your brand, it might be measured in overall experience; in contrast with User experience deals with people interacting with your product and the experience they receive.

Customer experience is negligible where as user experience is vast, customer should be made to understand about the product, service etc by the user who has already the knowledge about the product, customer is god so we should devote our experience to him

Customer Experience is the wide field where inside you will find the user experience.

C.E. encompasses the interaction of a person with your brand or product, this is where you measure the overall experience of the customer.

U.E. deals with the people interacting with the brand or product, and what they actually receive from that interaction, it can be success or failure, rating etc..

so in other words, the visuals go the UE as in design, content, interaction with the design, and the actual experience goes under CE like the sales, the pricing the advertising and the service.
