Termination can be for any reasons. Get to know the reason and challenge only if its injustice on legal terms or else read the documents carefully before signing any paper. Get all the necessary original documents and exit.

The best thing to do is to look for two other appreciate the effort

Ask for a letter of recommendation that acknowledge my job title and my pay with major responsibilities, and start looking for my next job without failing in my current job.

Any complaints has an impact of employee performance and may result to terminate the employee contract based of the incident the panel will result of warning or termination

Advise to you if you receive such Letter try to explain the issue and ask Help from your Line manager and HR if it fails and you feels that is wrong  you can complain to Ministry of labor and they will investigate by calling employer representative

If its not my my fault and company has some problems or issues than I will leave the company in a very dignify way and take a good short vacation to get refreshed or motivate my self for to go along further and than try to search for new job.
