SBS (sickness building syndrome) is an adverse health effect which is common to many office occupants and buildings occupants with main symptoms as - irritation of mucous membrane (of ear, nose, throat), neurotoxic effects (headache, fatigue), skin irritation, asthma or asthma like condition, general health problems, infectious diseases. Sick building syndrome (S.B.S) is a phenomenon affecting building occupants who claim to experience acute health and comfort effects that appear to be linked to time spent in a building, but no specific illness or cause can be identified.

Do you mean Sick Building Syndrome ?  that is what SBS stands for in this case. If so , as available on the internet , WHO states that around 30% of the new & renovated buildings are subjected to SBS and the reasons for SBS are detailed in the articles related to SBS available on the net.

Sick building syndrome (SBS) is a phenomenon affecting building occupants who claim to experience acute health and comfort effects that appear to be linked to time spent in a building, but no specific illness or cause can be identified. SBS is also used interchangeably with "building-related symptoms", which orients the name of the condition around patients rather than a "sick" building. A World Health Organization (WHO) report suggested up to% of new and remodeled buildings worldwide may be subject of complaints related to poor indoor air quality.[1]

Sick building causes are frequently pinned down to flaws in the heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems. Other causes have been attributed to contaminants produced by outgassing of some types of building materials, volatile organic compounds (VOC), molds (see mold health issues), improper exhaust ventilation of ozone (byproduct of some office machinery), light industrial chemicals used within, or lack of adequate fresh-air intake/air filtration .
