How we can improve the quality of an image using Photoshop?

* It must be size specific. meaning if you are displaying a tiny image, resize your image to its right size.

Not possible if the original file is in less resolution 

Use vectors instead of pixels.

adujusting sharpness, brightness, contrest and color this will help improve detail in your picture. The success is when you align all at a proper balance.

To make good picture using photoshp, you have to depend on good programs like pizap which is a good program, I used to try it for so many times. And there is other trick which is try to be selective in making photoshop by choosing logical colours.

less resolution pictures is difficulte but do some thing in

filter menu. some thing is better.

You can't improve it like a perfect high resolution if the original file in less resolution, but you can try resizes the image, then try some filters and use brushes.
