The best way to check Customer Service quality is to enter a store as a customer and have an interaction with customer service personnel. Hopefully, the employees have been trained to give the utmost attention to customer service, because it's the number one driving force to bring and keep customers to your firm. Don't go in with an "ordinary" issue -- create an issue that requires the representative to use tact, skills, ingenuity, and possibly a Manager, to get what you are requesting. Don't let others in the store know who you are or, if they know you, send in someone they don't recognize.
