How should I deal with a really anger and nervous CEO who is shouting to all employees and creating a tense environment?

1-   keep all your ideas in question formats to get him answer not comment or evaluate

2-  when you talk to him keep calm and remember your tool is questions

3-  when talking to him or listening look at him in the eye without any fear and with respect and consideration. 

4- reproduce his answers before him and get a confirmation on them

5- remember that you can have a different opinion and in that case ask him questions about what if and produce your suggestions.
