it is better not to give the boss impression like this at all otherwise he will turn against you and try to remove you by any means , if the boss is honest he may support you but careful may be he is reluctantly doing this , this is the human nature that those who have power over us will always absorb our effort and attribute them to their selves  but may be  you are with me that truth will come out anyway for a simple reason that they are always observers and your boss has a boss as well , let things go as they are and do not show any aggression let the truth comes from others not you , this question is very obvious in saudi Arabia you will find some people are working hard and others are taking the benefit but it will be exposed at the end

Appreciation for your invitation. Most of the Bosses and CEOs have the same principle in the dealing with subordinates. They are looking at the figure and results only. They will be happy for a good outcome and Budget realization and when any failure in the results will convert as a blame on the employees. They don't like to review their plans and programs to determine the real reasons behind this failure and then start their yellow plans to reduce cost and shrink the staff.

This illustrates the difference between the Managers and  the leaders.  The leaders keep and give a confident for his staff and defend for all of them. They have capabilities to determine the defects and mistakes to build more efficient plans and programs to start again to realize the goals. The Managers blame their staff and employees for any mistake and start to adopt a new policy for the cost reduction and staff contract.

Sir, that is how the bosses generally are . One rarely finds a boss who does not blame subordinates and who gives credit to his / her subordinates. We just have to live with it and that is all one can do.

Thank you for the invitationEveryone take responsibility whatever the manager or an ordinary employee because if the blame on simple without the other employee here is not justice in the organization which makes the employee arises sooner or later and that the results reflect negatively on the organization

Most of the bosses behave same like by taking credit and not accepting/sharing responsibilities when things are going bad. Some time no choice and you have to survive but some time tricks are work.

Thanks for inviting.

In agreement with above mentioned opinions.
