Does Changing the CEO , mean change his procedures and put new one in line with new CEO view ?

Take in consideration that new CEO has good view & experience , and the old one steered company to success

It could be both in action as per the Management final decision. But in general, if he is not well experienced & educated where can't development company it is better to replace with an expert as per the business line.  Again if he is well educated& experienced even though  we strategies are getting failure then his developmental  strategies or you can all his  procedures has to be amended.
