HR professionals are considered to be the face of the company , but how many HR professionals are happy with their companies?

I have  been giving  a thought  and  would really love  knowing   your views  on this  question, we HR professionals are  considered to be  the  people responsible to be the face  of the company. Said that  we  are compelled  to paint always a  good  side of the  company even if we ourselves are  not happy within. I had been in discussion with my HR peers from various industry and  I was surprised  as  to how many of them want  to change  there  Jobs. What  is the root cause  of  this. Is it not something that  the companies  should  give  a thought  into. How to deal with it.

Basically, the HR manager's work must be in line with the company's business strategy.

The employer shall set the objectives of the company in partnership with the human resources manager.

If this is the case, the Human Resources Manager should be happy with his work, as he is an active contributor to the company's success, seeking the best performance for all employees.

On the other hand, if the company's goals do not look to the human factor as a key to success, here the HR manager may face difficulties in his work and will not be happy.
