What are the communication issues in today's organization?

communication is very easy & approachable at the current age .internet communication is very fast & effective mails & whats up groups should established .SMS telephonic .Circular & memo should display.

These days companies use telephone,internet and some how the real convincing power has decreased which we had in face to face conversation ,other than that there is not any kind of problem these days well on the other hand internet ,telephone has eased alot of things.

1. Language Difference.

2. Communication between the Management and the Staff. which should be timely

3. Even today after sending the Email we have to call and remind the people to revert on the same

 

First difference of Language, second Lack of direct communication of upper management to the lower staff(should be once a month or two)
