Why change is important in today’s organizations?

DAILY YOU HAVE CHANGE IN THE WORLD, IF YOU STOP CHANGING YOU'LL NOT CATCH THE TRAIN OF MARKET PROGRESS ;)

Every company has the own philosophy and every employee should be able to accept it and to adopt including some necessary changes, but of course without to lose the own personality which is a part of the values of company. The second point is the fact that we live in a very dynamic world and changes are necessary. Even our knowledge which we should collect every day to expand and our experience led us to change what ever it needs. For example; In the80-ies we are working with paperwork and then came the PC era. Everybody who wasn't willing/able to change and accept this new technology was in big trouble.

Simple. If a business or person cannot adapt to change, then it won't survive. That's how important change is in a person or business, the options/decision he/she/they made define of what/where they are today.

In simple words, one needs to change and adapt to the new developments so as to keep a pace to the changing world. E.g. When computers came, every business was forced to have one for swift process but who observed the requirement and took the step of change have made their mark in market now but who has not accepted the coming of computers have lost their stand in market.

because the life is changing daily and the business too

change is unchangeable in nature!

Because change is the only CONSTANT in life (Heraclituc, n.d.) as well as in organizations, and without CHANGE you can't stay ahead.

every company should make changes to improve rate of company which relflect on all of employees & there clients in market field also, word of chanes is word that every one have changes or looking to change something to be like what he choose or force to by live effects.
