What can you say about this: when a child memorises all al koran he will be able to understand things intelligently and quickly in the future ?

I am not a Muslim so as a teacher I wold say that simply memorising any books does NOT help much and does NOT lead to any sugnufucant changes or improvements. To achieve what you want, you'll have to give a child a full, multi-faceted education and from various sources
