Sales enablement is an unending and strategic function which designs, develops and deploys the process of assisting and equipping all current or prospective customer facing employees with the ability to have a consistent, coherent, compliant and constructive interaction with the correct set of customer stakeholders, at each stage of their problem-solving or buying cycle, to elevate the return of investment of the selling function.
