How we can completely disable/ enable Windows8,8.1 and Refresh / Reset facility from recovery option. I have tried Group policy options but its wont work when user directly go to recovery option. So need a better solution for disabling and enabling later.
you can use msconfig.exe or taskmanager on startup progranms
