هل تفضل العمل الذي يتخلله بفاصل وجبة غداء ؟او المتواصل بدون فاصل الوجبة؟ولماذا؟

اكيد هختار فاصل غداء لان ده هيخليني شويه اريح من مجهود الشغل واكل لانه مش ينفع اشتغل وانا جعانه ..وكمان وقت الغدا مناسب اننا نسمع بعض واتعرف علي زمايلي اكتر وافهمهم واكون معهم علاقات قويه .....

نعم أفضل فاصل الغداء   ,لتجديد النشاط والطاقه وهذا من أفضل وسائل شحن بطاريه المجهود العقلى والبدنى

Breaks are very important.  It refreshes the mind and shakes people up. It motivates and inspires people to contribute more.  It does not have to be a big break, sometimes more smaller breaks can be just as effective5-10 minutes breaks are all you need.  Long meetings without breaks are a sure sign that people will be unmotivated, tired and unresponsive

Meal break is always better for employee to re-charge the energy , it gelps for better performance and give employee a sapce for socialization with others

Lunch break are important,employees need a break for. Lunch to. Pray. we don't wish to suffer from  anemia  or  any health threatening  issue. Any organization  must take care of a life past work  inveronment .

نعم افضل فاصل غداء للفسحة والراحة من عناء العمل ولاسترداد الطاقة لأستيعاب  باقي الوقت بذهن هادي وراقي للعمل . واذا سمعنا نكتة طازة وضحكة تكون بدل فواكة طازجة.لامانع من ذلك .

يتخلله بفاصل وجبة غذاء . لأن الغذاء سيساهم في رفع القدرة الإنتاجية للموظف او العامل.

العمل المتواصل افضل ان يتخلله وجبة غذاء وذلك لانه عند تناول وجبة الغذاء80% من نسبة الدم تتوجه الى المعدة ويقل تركيز الدماغ حينها فيقل العطاء وتزداد الرغبة في الراحة والنوم.

A person can concentrate in work continuously for3 hours and then if he works without a break the quality of work could suffer. Now this also differs from the type of work. If I am working in customer service or call center taking calls1 after another without gap a break after3 hours is essential. But if am doing some paperwork where I do not have to deal with a customer, if I can work at my own pace and dead line is not that strict , if I am driving, then I should take a break after4 hours.  Normally to be efficient one works for8 hours and  total break is for1 and half hours. And the employee stays in office for9 and half hours. Total hours of break should not exceed the maximum limit.  But if I have to do some on the job learning to improve my performance I may have to stretch beyond9 and half hours or come on my weekly off. Coming on a weekly off  is a good option as my mind is fresh and the brain receptive for learning.
