اذ كان استخدام شخصي علي الأجهزة الخاصة مثل المحمول والايباد فإنها حريه شخصيه ولكن علي اجهزه الشركه فما الفائدة الإجابة نعم
اذا كان جزء من عملى من ضمن المهام اما البقيه نعم

وهو دليل العمل للشركة حيث يوجد به فصل كامل يحدد إستخدام الشبكات الإجتماعية أثناء العمل
ومن خلال مراجعتى للعديد من الابحاث والدراسات والموضوعات
لايجب منع الفيسبوك او شبكات التواصل والإتصال الإجتماعية فى العمل .. طالما هنا مهام محددة للموظفين وموعد للتنفيذ ومتابعة وتقييم للأداء

اذا كان هذا يفيد الشركة ومصلحة العمل فلا بئس*وان كان يضر العمل يمنع فورا المهم العمل عمل ومصلحة العمل فوق الجميع ومن لا يلتوم يفصل
لا ......ولكن يجب ان تكون هناك ضوابط توضح متى يتم الاستخدام او التصفح
اذا كانت استخدامة من ضمن متطلبات العمل فيجب عدم منعه . ولكن هناك بعض المجالات التي لم تتطلب استخدام الفيس بوك واتمنى منعهم عن استخدامه لانه فعلا يتركون مهامهم و يبقون على تواصل مع اصدقائهم ضمن اوقات الدوام
Preventing it makes me feel like a school girl. the company can prevent whatever it want but still employees can do what they want Through illegal methods or simply their mobiles or tablets. Leaving the freedom to the employees will increase their productivity and belonging to the company. This is in general not only about FB.
Yes access to face book or any site not related to work should be blocked. In general sites relating to entertainment, job consultancy etc should be blocked. Restricted sites having unethical sites should always be blocked. Otherwise it would lead to loss of productivity and conflict in office. If the employer wants one or2 computers laptops or tablets can be provided in the lobby outside the work area with face book acess. Better still the office canteen can have a wi fi facility where anyone can access face book with their tablets , laptops or mobile phones during breaks. But again this should not be the cause for employees exceeding break. If face book is related to work it should be allowed in office. But it should be seen it is not used for personal purpose.
FB access should be allowed &limited to morning1 hr and evening1 hr
