اذا اكتشفت اننى اتسرعت فى اتخاذ هذا القرار واتخذته بدون تفكير اذن لابد ان ارجع فيه وبالاخص ان وجدت ان رجوعى فى هذا القرار للصالح العام

فى البدايه لن اقدم استقالتى الا لسبب قوى وبعد تفكير عميق ولن اتراجع عن الاستقال لان حينها ستكون الاستقال متقدمه لسبب وجيه لا يتم التراجع عنه

نعم يمكن التراجع عن الاستقالة في بعض الحالات وخاصة اذا كانت فترة العمل طويلة وتم تلبية المطالب المؤدية للاستقالة

خلال فترة عملى أكثر من30 سنة - تقدمت بالإستقالة ثلاث مرات - ولام أفكر فيهم بالعدول عن الإستقالة - إن هذا القراريجب أن يتم بعد دراسة متانية - وعند إتخاذ القرار لا رجعة فيه

اذا زالت اسباب الاستقاله اعتقد انه لا مانع من سحب الاستقاله
