Leadership is coming by birth but learning and experience gives or adding the quality into leadership skill.
There are people who are born leaders. Study has made this as a right proverb. For example, Leo by birth is a born leader. Pl see any article about Leo, the first line would be they are born leaders. Best leaders in the past are all Leo’s, But not all leaders. Is it mandatory to be born as a Leo to be a leader? Are all the leaders in the universe Leo’s ? The answer would be NO. If there are10 people born as leaders then there are100 who are transformed as leader. A leader ship is seen in a person who gets transformed in short time, who takes risks and who is committed in their space. So this depends on individual.
