We first need to evaluate consumer purchase influencers apart from TV, Radio and Internet on the computer. Mobile internet should be considered separately as cell phones still work despite power cuts (if they have enough charge that is) 

If loadshedding is happening for fixed durations (scheduled by the govt) then it makes sense to not advertise during that time. However, if there is prolonged power cuts, it makes sense to shift some monies to social media marketing for consumer engagement. 

On ground activations are also welcome but they cannot become substitutes for ATL expenses.
