How can you resolve attitude conflict in an organization development for better negotiating deals?

Attitude is a human feature that can't be resolved. You had to know better when recruiting this particular individual. Right now, the only thing you can do, is take the whole responsibility on your shoulders, finish the job as supposed to do and resolve this... "attitude" issue later.
