Looks like one of the half-apple

Depends on your thinking :) can look like anything 

Well I guess it looks like the other half of the same apple.

Of course it is the other half.

It's Depand on your views, If you view  horizontal then It  look like a apple/Butter fly and it internal shape look your lungs. If you move it bottum to  up and then view it, it look like a humen hips. 

And you cut in circule it's internal parts look like a start and outer is look like circle. What you think?
