As an HR professional, what is the biggest challenge you see in managing talent at your organisation?

Retaining them, especially in the same position for a long time that they are in, as talented people look for opportunities to grow as well seek new challenges elsewhere, to enhance their abilities and utilise their talents efficiently.

• Raises staff expectations which is not possible to meet.

• Expensive and take a lot of time

• Long term investment so that it is impossible to show return in the short term

• Talented people are attractive to other organizations
