How can solve the guest problem.?

Myself sohit Sharma. I'm from Meerut (Uttar Pradesh ) . I had done my academic background from ( up board ). I had done my hotel management degree from jpihm. ( Gautam Buddha University ) . I have ten years work experience with Hotel industry. I have good communication skills. I have good knowledge use for hotel chemical & equipment etc. I can handle all the guest problem & creative situation.
