What’s the difference between site engineers and senior site engineer?

Site Engineer control/manage all the site requirements but senior site engineer to give guide/advice to site engineer and senior faces the client/offices people.

site engineer do not need to join weekly progress meetings but senior site engineer need to join the meetings and coordinate with the top management also.

Bismillahirrahmanirrahim. Site Engineer can be few personnel which site place also can varies. Site engineer hold responsibility to supervise and coordinate their site activity but site engineer hold no authority if there is any senior site engineer who receivednput from few site engineers.Senior site engineer will be the one who has full authority of the site safety,activity and coordination.

Project Engineer is responsible from concept design/engineering till final commissioning & handover of project but site engineer is responsible primarily for site activities looking at site with the collaboration of contractors to mobilize manpower for construction, site inspection, supervision & to monitor work progress & report their manager, who may be sitting in head office or at site. We can say, A project engineer may be handling role of site engineer as well depending upon organization structure but site engineer role is limited & it is for construction & supervision only.
