How can a supervisor maintain the quality of work without cooperation with the site engineer and project manager?

A supervisor is nothing without the cooperation or coordination with the site and his projects managers. Thses two key personnels are the back bones of any Project and the team to perform a Quality and within the Schedule work is in complete without them. You have to have them together on the same table to achieve your goals.

It will be very difficult.A supervisor can't maintain the quality of work co-operation with the site engineer and project manager.

This is very difficult condition because a supervisor can't do their main job without full support from engineer and project manager. Intensive communication should be built between supervisor and project manager and also site enginner. If this way isn't solve the problem, supervisor should be communicating with the top management about it condition.
