1- Determine  objectives.

2- Measure performance.

3- Assess the results of measures against objectives.

4- If ther is a GAP between them:

  analyze the case and find the root cases of performance gap.

  If it is related to shortage of skills and knowledge then:

1- Prepare the required training program.

2- Follow up after finishing the program.

3- Motivate the employees for the new performance.

WHAT THE DESCRIPTION TIME FRAME MAN POWER MACHINE POWER AND MONEY POWER STATUS GIVEN AS PER COMAPNY"S RULE POSITION  HOW FAR THE TRAINER IS RELIABLE AND TRUST WORTHY IN TRAINING US IN A PARTICULAR JOB SKILL AND TALENT WHETHER THE TRAINING MODULE IS FRAMED AS PER THE REQUIRED AREA OF INTEREST  IF SO WHAT IS THE ADDITTIONAL TIME ENERGY COST ARE REQUIRED  IF SO IF THE SITUATION ECONOMICALLY PERMITS US  THEN ALL OTHER MISCELLENEOUS FACTORS SUCH AS CLIMATE TRANSPORTATION  DAILY ROUTINE DUTY CONDIDTION SATISFACTION ALONG WITH OTHER PARTICIPANTS ARE ALONG WITH OUR AIM   ETC.... ARE ALL TO BE STUDIED IN CHOOSING A TRAINING COURSE IF AND ONLY IF THE DIFFERRENCE IN REQUIREMENT  GAP  NEEDS  AND NEEDS NOT ARE TO BE CONSIDERED ABSOLUTELY TO WIN THE SPECIFIC SKILL AND TALENT IN CHOOSING THE TRAINING COURSE  AS SUCH IN DEFENSE SECTORS WITH FULL SAFTEY AND SECURITY PLEASE.
